What is happening today in the USA is unprecedented for a developed state of the “first” world! Even more so for the largest Democracy in the world, which in recent decades has specialized in “exporting” Democracy to states that lack it. All this “reminds” of Nazi Germany in its most “dark” moments! …The Germany of Hitler, who, under the pretext of “protecting” it, chose to “cleanse” society of the Jews, but in reality terrorized the German population in order to prevent resistance to its fascism. The main “tool” of this terrorist “campaign” was the Gestapo.

What was the Gestapo? …A ragtag group of fanatic Nazis, who were given a military uniform —in order to acquire a legitimate and legiti­mizing “facade”— and were unleashed on society, armed, to terrorize it! They gave military-style uniforms to illiterate, fanatic, and fascist parastatal thugs and “unleashed” them on society to terrorize it! They “baptized” the Nazi parastate as a “security force” and gave it a role where no role is provided! Its leader himself, Heinrich Himmler, moments before being “baptized” by Hitler as a “general”, was a semi-illiterate agronomist and failed chicken farmer. With the “blessings” of the parastate, he took off the “chicken farmer’s” robe and put on a general’s uniform! …That’s how “well” trained the useless fascist was!

ICE and its executives imitate this “successful” Nazi design! To understand exactly what is happening with ICE, one must know some basic things related to the smooth functioning of a state and its uniformed —and armed— organs! …To understand exactly what a “police force” is, which serves social function, and what the difference is with a Nazi-type Gestapo!

A beast shot a woman —and mother of minor children— named Renee Good, in cold blood in the face and didn’t “bat an eye”! Why? …Because he had obviously received guaran­tees that this murderous act would have no consequences for him. The same scene was repeated a few days later, where a “pack” of parastatal beasts rushed at a simple citizen —Alex Pretti—, who went to defend a fellow citizen and was executed like a “dog” in the middle of the street …They were shooting him even when he was dead! …When it was already clear that he no longer posed any threat to them!

At the same time, the entire political world not only did not defend the citizen, but came out and supported —without a second thought— the criminals! Why? …Because they know they are doing it safely! They know —both the physical criminals and their political protectors— that it is “safe”! …The law allows it! …The law, which, when the cases reach the Courts, will acquit the criminals and “vindicate” the politicians, who are the truly responsible for their crimes! Is this possible? …It is possible, because the laws allow it! Laws are adapted to the special needs of the state and according to those needs give different rights to those who exercise their duties! For the exact same thing, the law gives different rights to a policeman, for example, than to a border guard.

ALL these charges for the murderous actions of ICE executives, when they reach the Courts, will fall and acquit them of every charge! Why? …Because that’s what the law says …The law which has been made for the special needs of this specific “organ”! What does the law say? …That this organ belongs to the Federal “defense” forces and therefore beyond the authority and control of local state authorities …The law says that the citizen has no right against its executives when they act on duty …He doesn’t even have the right to touch them! …He has no right to challenge any of their orders, not even in the slightest! …Any act of challenge or disobedience is considered an act of violent resistance against authority and “justifies” an equally violent reaction, without any restriction!

It makes no sense, then, that today American citizens watch and re-watch the videos from these murderous actions! It makes no sense to process data that does not apply, in order to “judge” a crime that was committed before their eyes! …To search, for example, whether the life of the murderous border guard was really threatened or not, in order to see if he had the right to “self-defense” or not. It makes no sense to judge ICE’s actions based on policing rules, because we are not dealing with policing! Whatever law exists and concerns policing in this case simply does not apply! Legally, that is, these who today appear to abuse citizens and sometimes murder them in cold blood are “armored”! And in both identical murderous actions that we saw —through social media— happening before our “eyes”, none of what we think applies applies!

So, where is the problem? …In the fact that a border guard MUST NOT be far from the area in which he is provided to act and for which area he was given the additional rights! He belongs to the GUARD forces and not to the POLICING forces! The rights given to them by the law were given to them not to threaten society, but to protect society! The rights that allow them not to act “within” society against their citizens, but those that allow them to act at its “borders”, against exogenous factors that threaten it! Where the harshness, immediacy, and rawness of the “guards’“ action functions as a deterrent means for external “enemies” of society! Where the “terrorism” of the power of authority has a positive sign for society, which wants to be protected from its external enemies!

What does this mean in practice? …That WRONG PEOPLE are in the WRONG PLACE and by definition will do the WRONG THINGS! It’s like putting in your living room —and among your children— a dog that is trained —for security reasons— to bite anyone who moves in front of it! …A dog that threatens anyone who attempts to enter your yard! This is a choice that is forbidden to be implemented inside the house because it is dangerous. But when it happens, it reveals intentionality from those who allow it! There is NO chance of mistake! Who does it? …Those who need it! …Those who want to impose terrorism inside a “living room” of people, who inside that “living room” have rights and have no relation to the unwanted “intruders” of the “yard”! This is a choice of fascists, who have a reason to restrict the rights of people, who by the Constitution are provided to have rights!

The difference between an —even strict— police state and a fascist state is “distinct” as “distinct” are between them the services that exercise the duty of policing and come into “contact” with citizens. This is exactly what we see happening in the USA with the Gestapo-like ICE. Literally, they do not know how to make an arrest! …They rush at citizens like dogs! …They rush with the incompetence that drunken gangs do outside bars. None of them knows what to do and all “contribute” as they see fit! This is NOT policing! This is an outburst of state violence against citizens! …Citizens, who, even if they are illegal immigrants, do not cease to be people, who have full human rights! …Immigrants who are NOT charged with crimes, but —even illegally— found themselves in a space simply to work and survive! It is tragic just to think that this is happening in a state which literally is a CREATION OF IMMIGRANTS!

The border guard force belongs to the guard forces and not to those of policing! They are military-type forces, whose function concerns special conditions “outside” society! These forces are the “bottom” of the uniformed security forces in terms of qualifications and training. We do not say this because we are possessed by some peculiar “racism” among the uniformed. This is revealed by the training needs of their armed executives themselves …It is revealed by the additional knowledge that the policing forces need to take in order to assume their positions to perform their duties …It is revealed by the very nature of the armament of the guard forces …It is revealed by their very military-type uniform.

We will take things in order, however, so that the reader understands what all this means. A state, for its smooth functioning, requires special designs! Special designs require special laws! …Special laws, to protect those who will assume special duties, which are based on equally special needs of society. This, however, is not something that is “projected” onto the whole of a state territory! Special designs are applied in special conditions and of course in special locations! Thus, it is not paradoxical that the laws of a state are different even when they concern actions of its executives against seemingly similar situations. That is, what the law calls “crime” within its territory changes name and meaning when it concerns special areas of this territory! …The crime can become an “unfortunate moment” or “unavoidable cost”! A policeman who patrols outside a school has different rights, and a guard of a nuclear facility has different ones!

All this, that is, which we see happening today in the USA has its explanation, when we know the particular needs for which these laws are put into force! The citizen must be protected from the authority of a policeman, but the border guard must also be protected when he finds himself in a position to defend the space he is called to protect! The supreme stake of policing is human life, even if it is the life of a criminal. The supreme stake of guarding is to protect the “tightness”, even if it —in an extreme case— costs human life! The first requires the maximum possible training and the second the minimum! …The first concerns the police forces and the second the border guard forces! Who “says” this? …Their operating statutes!

The policeman, who is called to police society, must be trained to do it! …Well trained, in an organized society! Until a policeman goes out on the street alone —without training supervision— many months must pass! In the USA, to which we refer, basic training is about 21 weeks! …105 to 147 days, and then five to six months of field training follow. During this period, policemen are NOT trained in weapons! …This is secondary, since there are countries, like Britain for example, where policemen do not carry weapons! During this period, they are trained in all the “peripheral” knowledge, in order to perform their police duties …To be able to make a safe arrest and whatever that entails!

They will be trained by lawyers in basic legal issues. They will learn the laws concerning the rights of the citizen …The rights of criminals —they too have rights— as well as the rights of citizens among whom they will act. They will learn their own rights …Rights concerning their self-protection. They must have legal knowledge, to “justify” their actions before any court! …To be able to “stand” in a Court as “prosecutors” and not as brainless “gunslingers”! At the same time, they will be trained by trainers in self-defense! …To be able, without the use of weapons, to immobilize a criminal! They will be trained by doctors in basic human anatomy and physiology, in order not to cause bodily harm to the arrested, but also to be able to provide some elementary first aid —to criminals but also to their colleagues— in case this is needed.

Even on a personal level, their characte­ristics must be “improved”. They will be trained by psychologists to control their personal anger —what they call “anger management”— in order not to rush at criminals as if they themselves are criminals! Knowledge to handle even “resistance against authority” from some citizens in the prescribed way. The “approach” is ALWAYS done in a way that does NOT frighten the citizen and with all the terms provided by the terms of politeness. Even the greeting of the citizen is within the framework of their obligations and of course an element of their training! The citizen’s reaction —who may be in a particular psychological state of intoxication, panic, etc.— is not necessarily “resistance against authority” and this is legally delimited to be tolerable! …and therefore, the policeman must know these limits! …Delimited in a way that will make citizens illegal and not policemen! There is no need to shoot disobedient citizens …The police know them and, even if they escape temporarily, know where to find them and when to have the opportunity to make their successful arrest!

At the end and after their successful training, they will be given weapons, which also require corresponding training in their use! …Weapons, however, very carefully selected for the use they are provided to have! …Small caliber wea­pons with the main goal of their self-protection and a elementary display of threat! They are NOT given weapons to shoot citizens! …They are given weapons to protect themselves from criminals during their operations! They are NOT given war weapons, which with one hit are sure to exterminate the person they target! The deadly 45s of Inspector Callahan exist only in Hollywood’s imagination. The “approach” to the citizen —even for simple identification of details— requires great experience, to be conducted at a good “level” …“Approach” which must be done in the appropriate way, so that neither the citizen’s safety nor that of the policeman is endangered! A good policeman is not the one who has killed many “bad guys” …He is the one who has done his duty, without EVER needing to draw his weapon from its holster. The well-trained policeman is the “showcase” of a Democracy and not its “scarecrow”!

All this requires training time and this is proven by the requirement for multi-month training of the American police executives. From there on, you put these out on the street and citizens feel safe —and not the opposite— when they move among them …You dress them in their uniforms and these uniforms constitute a “guarantee” of safety for law-abiding citizens. They will go out on the street with their insignia and of course with their face visible! “Guarantee” that during the execution of their duties no citizen will suffer anything bad! With the supreme goal of protecting human life, if an arrest fails and turns into a pursuit, the policeman will not start shooting to achieve this arrest! …He will start talking on the radio, in order with the help of his colleagues to achieve it! …There is NO hurry and panic and this is ensured by his good training …That is, the scene of a war is not transferred inside the cities by the police forces!

On the contrary, the border guard does not need much training! He belongs to the guard forces! He is not the “showcase” of any Democracy! He is its impenetrable “wall”! Literally, he performs dog duties —you show him a “fence” and the order not to breach it by anyone—! …Literally dog duties, since you don’t train him to think and deal with a “threat” with multiple data! You don’t need to teach him the rights of the one who is “opposite” him, because, in the field where he acts, the “opposite” has NO rights! You don’t need to teach him his own rights, because he does a simple job, which “justifies” everything! You train him only in weapons, so that he doesn’t harm himself or some colleague! In the best case, you teach him the corresponding useful language, so that he has elementary communication with the foreigners he must deter or immobilize!

He does NOT have the luxury of the policeman to let the “problem” escape —because human life must be protected—! If the guard fails to prevent the intruder, he neither knows where to find him again nor knows what he intends to do! For this reason, you give him war weapons —to have “teeth”, which make him deadly— and you put him on the side of the “fence” you have chosen! Anyone who has done his military service understands exactly what we are saying! …”STOP! …who are you?” …and the weapon is armed without a second thought! Conscript soldiers, with minimal training, within a few days receive war weapons and, placed behind “fences” of military bases, have the right to use them. The guard’s duty is simple. He doesn’t have much data to think about and process, because it’s not needed for his role. You ask the one who violates your control area to immobilize and you ask him three times “who he is”. If the suspect has not fully immobi­lized or does not answer your question, you have the right to shoot him, without consequences!

ICE is such a guard group! If the common soldier of elementary training is considered capable of stopping the invasion of foreign soldiers into a state, the border guard with about the same training has a similar duty against invaders, who simply are not soldiers! The training requirements of their executives are elementary! In about 45 days they assume duties! …Duties which are limited to the arrest of a citizen under the threat of a weapon. Even the need for language training is below basic! A few simple phrases to complete the “arrest” …”Freeze!!! …Who are you!!! …Show me your papers!!!” …”Aún así!!! …quién eres!!! …Muéstrame tus papeles!!!” …They don’t even need to know reading! Most Americans know elementary Spanish, due to their long coexistence with Mexicans! Besides, Spanish is the second official language of the state and is taught compulsorily in schools!

This means that the “recruitment” and “production” of border guard executives is done very easily and with summary procedures! …You find idle and unemployed, with only their “height” as qualification and you “train” them! The more “hulking” and “hot-headed” they are, the better for their job! Within a few days of pseudo-training, you “baptize” them “federal border guards” and “throw” them into the “battle” of guarding! Even if they are idle bar thugs, with a “dirty” criminal record, whose only knowledge is brawling, you are “covered”. Why? …Because their area of action is “outside” society! …It is in a “neutral” zone, which the citizen is forbidden to approach! Their area of action is not threatened by their violence or incompetence! Their violence can even act “positively”, because it functions as a deterrent for those who would have the bright idea to violate it!

In this field, you “unleash” them with their enhanced “rights” and this threatens no one! …A field which is the definition of the “forbidden” zone for everyone! …Even for the citizens themselves of the state which is guarded! …A field in which, when they spot you and give you an order to immobilize, you must obey absolutely, because the most likely is that they will shoot you! …A field in which you answer any question they ask you, without any reaction! …because —again— they may shoot you! …A field in which even the President of the USA himself may be found, without being recognized by sight, may be shot, if he does not “freeze” and does not answer the questions they will put to him!

That is, society is not threatened either by their bad training or by their bad behavior! Rights of bloodthirsty “dogs” are given in areas which are not accessible to common citizens! IN THIS FIELD are given the rights which today “safeguard” Trump and Vance their safety in defending the murderers! They have no problem “defending” murderers, because the law covers them and will “justify” their stance. For this reason, we see happening what for policing constitute the definition of “abuse of power”, while for border guarding it is a simple everyday life!

Some —for reasons we will explain—, put wild guards among citizens and in their neighborhoods, who are untrai­ned for policing duties! They do not know how to make a legal identification of the citizen’s details! They do not know how to manage any reaction of his and treat it as “resistance against authority”! They do not know how to make an arrest and roll on the streets like thugs fighting each other. They attempt a simple identification of details on a citizen and send him to the hospital with broken bones. In the USA, where gun ownership is a legal right, they shoot without any hesitation anyone they perceive as armed and “evaluate” as a “threat”! They were shooting the “armed” even dead, because their training wanted to see him absolutely motionless to consider him “neutralized”! We are talking about tragic things!

This is how the masks of ICE executives are justified. For what reason are masked people who are state employees and perform their duty? …For the same reason that criminals do it! …For their personal safety! They know their role! …They also know that the law may protect them in the courts, but it does NOT protect them from society! …They know that they can fall victim to retaliation, due to popular anger! They have already “disappeared” the beast that executed Renee Good! Why are they hiding this “legal” employee, who did the “prescribed”? From whom are they protecting him, since he is not in danger from the law? …They protect him from society! …From society that “recognized” him and some members of it are “looking” for him!

Even the supposed head of ICE —named Greg Bovino— is such an illiterate thug, who pretends to be a “military”, while he is not such! …He is a simple border guard, who simply his years of service —and not his training— gave him promotions in a “pack” of his peers! …A tin can —probably an alcoholic—, who simply was not a chicken farmer like Himmler! …A genuine Nazi fascist, who, even on a symbolic level, is allowed to provoke, since he appears permanently with a long German-type coat, similar to those worn by the Gestapo! …A coat which certainly is not provided by the rules concerning the dress code of his service, since apart from him we did not see any other colleague of his using it. The irony concerning him as a person is the following: …This one, who appears as head of the forces that hunt ILLEGAL immigrants, considering them collectively “criminals”, is the child of Italian ILLEGAL immigrants, who, upon their “arrival” in the USA, have been convicted for criminal actions!

These thugs were “unleashed” in the neighborhoods of Minnesota, giving them immunity in all the crimes that their lack of training would inevitably cause! …Giving them —ILLEGALLY— a police role! That’s what it’s about! The very “object” of their mission is ILLEGAL! Why? …Because the arrest of ILLEGAL immigrants who have moved away from the legally “sealed” border “zone” of their control and have entered inside society and therefore among its citizens is NOT an operational “object” for the border guard! …Because the detection and arrest of an illegal immigrant now belongs to the sphere of police duties! …In the sphere of duties of those who have been trained to do policing! …To those who have been trained to come into “contact” with citizens!

Even the choice of Minnesota to give their terrorist “performance” is malicious! Minnesota is very far from the American borders that have to face the problem of ILLEGAL immigration! Literally, it is at the “wrong” borders of the USA! …At the borders with Canada and not at the borders with Mexico! …That is, where the problem is much smaller than States like Texas for example! Why didn’t they go to Texas to abuse ILLEGAL immigrants mostly Mexicans? …Because next to Texas is Mexico! …Because ILLEGAL immigrants have relatives in Mexico! …Because, if you kill one of them, you don’t know who will enter “night” from the perforated American borders and make a “massacre”! …You don’t know if some of them have relatives in armed gangs, who will “set up” the “Gestapo” and send them “unread”! …It’s like Jordan abusing Jews “next” to Israel!

What is the conclusion of all that we described? That, when you “unleash” a dangerous “dog” among people, you do NOT do it to police them! …You do it to terrorize them! …You do it to restrict their rights! …You do it to hinder their legal actions! …You do it to “muzzle” them, through fear! …You do it to threaten them permanently with a terribly painful “bite”, which can even kill them! …You attempt to exploit the terror that the “mistakes” of ICE in policing will spread!

What do they seek through ICE?

…Cui bono?

What is the goal of such a choice? …Terrorism! …The disguised imposition of martial law, in order to avoid immediate popular reaction! The suppression of every notion of social resistance or protest against policies that affect society! They want to “train” people not to react! …To fear using their rights —either as citizens or as simple people—! …To “convince” them that, if they attempt to protest or resist —even passively—, they will have the fate of Alex Pretti! …To “convince” them that they will send people outside their homes to threaten them! …Uniformed, whom they will not have the right even to touch! …and who will have the right to shoot them without any consequence!

In the same way that they “cut” protesters from the virtual life of social media, they will “cut” them from real life too! Today it is the Spanish-speaking immigrants —whose rights are threatened— tomorrow it may be those who comment on Trump’s or Israel’s policy on the internet! No one knows when his own “mark” on GPS will be given to ICE “dogs” to chase him and “bite” him! …When the citizen, who will “hate” Trump or his “sponsors”, will be “targeted” by the state forces! …Of the “military” state, which, for reasons of “emergency”, suspends all rights of all citizens!

This, as we understand, CANNOT happen in a democratic society—even with harsh policing—! Policing has limits, which protect society! These are the limits that they want to violate with ICE !!! They chose the military-type ICE, which “looks” like police, because, if they brought down the army with the same powers, the provocation would be great and the “deviation” of democratic legitimacy blatant! However, in both cases the result is the same! …DEVIATION of democratic legitimacy and overthrow of the Constitution with the violation of the limits of this legitimacy! …Those limits, which when violated by the state mechanism lead to fascism!

The question that must be answered in this case is simple: Why does fascism need such “organs” of “Gestapo” type? …Because they terrorize society! …Because with these “organs” they can divide it! In extreme cases of economic crisis —like those the USA is experiencing today— division is easy, especially when large social groups are “targeted”, absolutely distinct from each other and which have conflicting interests within the economy! Through division, the fascists aspire to secure the tolerance and support of some illiterate “householders”! …Some who are not affected by the selected targeting and see it as something positive for their interests! …Exactly what Hitler did by targeting the Jews and communists, to secure the “sympathy” of German “householders”!

These are what they seek with the spectacular and irrational use of violence against a social group with distinct national characteristics! INTENTIONAL were the recent murders of citizens and not “unfortunate” coincidences! …The provocation of shock was their goal! Who needs such a provocative and murderous action? …TRUMP !!! …This one who openly said at the recent WEF conference that …”the world needs a ‘dictator’ too” —and seeks “householders” who will adopt his view—! …TRUMP, who at this moment “trembles” at the revelation of the Epstein files and therefore wants to terrorize society, which now demands it and declares it in every possible way! We do not say this because we are conspiracy theorists …This was revealed to us by himself in an intercepted telephone conversation! …In a conversation where he reveals his anxieties and of course his intention to do EVERYTHING, in order to avoid his punishment!

What did Trump say in that conversation? …That the Epstein files must not be released to the public under any circumstances! …That he doesn’t care what they do to prevent this development! …That he doesn’t care even to make some useless war to distract the people! …That, if they don’t stop this development, he will take them all “with” him! This is what Trump said about the Epstein files, which can “burn” him literally! He is willing and determined to do everything to “save” himself! …EVERYTHING!!! This, for the other peoples, means new wars on new fronts that the USA will open, but for the Americans themselves this can mean even the threat of Civil War!!! For as long as ICE is on the streets and abuses citizens, the choice of Civil War will always be in Trump’s ability to ignite it!

This is exactly what we mean when we say that he will do EVERYTHING to remain in power! He will follow the Hitler model —which he has declared he admires—, exploiting a pyrrhic electoral victory, in order to remain in power, since this is his only hope to continue to remain unscathed! He will divide the citizens who will protest and they will be considered “terrorists”, “friends of terrorists”, “communists”, and whatever else suits him at the given moment! There will always be a case of bloody provocation against ICE that will “activate” the army! There will always be the possibility of ICE clashing with the local national guard, which may react violently and which clash will bring the army out on the street again!

All this is in Trump’s “hands”, who “declared” that he is willing to do EVERYTHING to “save” himself, even if he needs to take EVERYONE with him! His relationship with legitimacy is proven to be “loose”, if one thinks of the “industry” of granting pardons he has “set up”, acquitting one mega-fraudster after another! Anyway, with his tolerance of his supporters’ invasion of the Capitol, he showed that he has no problem setting fire to his own “Reichstag” if needed.

Under these conditions, the inter­cep­ted conversation has a “chilling” significance. But mainly it reveals the real culprit of the current situation …The man who overthrew Democracy! …The real criminal, who is himself! Therefore, Trump has the ABSOLUTE POLITICAL but also CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY for the murders of citizens by ICE! He is the one who gave the order for the “beast” to exit the area in which the law provides for it to act and “unleashed” it on society, resulting in “injuring” it! …HE brought the “dog” guard of the “yard” into the “living room”, to threaten the members of the American “family”! …HE bears full responsibility for the blood spilled on American streets and with him —at the same level of responsibility— the perjured Commander of the border guard, who made the decision to take his untrained “pack” out on the streets! But the main responsible is Trump, who for the same PERSONAL REASONS involves the USA in Crimes against humanity and threatens American society with Civil War! …The “peacemaker” who has already bombed Yemen, Somalia and is preparing to go to war with Iran!…

…Trump, who fears being impeached and led to prison forever! …Trump, who by “coincidence” has similar needs to Netanyahu, for example! …Netanyahu, who, to save himself from prison, sacrificed thousands of human lives and has given his “solutions” to Trump! …The “solutions” of wars against external enemies, but also the “solutions” for the internal control of the state he governs! …”Copy-Paste” of what Netanyahu does, Trump does too! Netanyahu, to “save” himself, has declared war on all states bordering Israel and Trump does the same, constantly inventing new enemies of the USA! Netanyahu, in a parallel internal policy, has “unleashed” the IDF in the West Bank, in order to favor some Israeli “householder” settlers at the expense of the Palestinians and Trump does the same in Minnesota!

So, who are we looking for behind Trump’s actions—the Trump who is ignorant even of popular repression? …The one who “handles” him! …The one who blackmails him! …The one who gave him the “idea” to unleash the “dogs” inside society! …The one who has the know-how of such fascist practices, which put society in “plaster cast”! Whatever we see happening in the West Bank of Palestine is happening inside the USA! This “know-how” was given ready to Trump by Netanyahu! Literally, the IDF has trained ICE executives! What kind of training did it offer to an “organ” which —as we said— is valuable to the fascists because of its incompetence and lack of training? …The training for its “use”! …The training for provoking the desired phenomena through its illegal “use”!
